재외동포청(청장 이상덕)이 ‘제18회 세계한인의 날 유공 정부포상자’ 명단(91명, 단체 포함)을 10월 5일 동포청 홈페이지에 공개했다. 이 가운데 미주 한인뷰티업계 박형권 (세계한인무역협회 미동남부지역 회장, Beauty Master Atlanta, GA 대표) 회장이 조지아한인범죄예방위원회 위원장을 역임하며 안전한 한인사회 만들기에 기여하고, 세계한인무역협회 미동남부지역 부회장으로 지역 한인 기업인과 한국기업인의 상생, 차세대 무역인 배출 등에 힘쓴 공로로 국민포장을 수상했다.
The Overseas Korean Agency (Commissioner Lee Sang-deok) released a list of “the 18th World Korean Day Government Prizes” (91, including organizations) on the website of the Agency on Oct. 5. Among them, Park Hyung-kwon (Chairman/the World Korean International Trade Association, CEO/Beauty Master Atlanta, GA CEO) of the Korean beauty industry in the U.S. served as chairman of the Georgia Korean Crime Prevention Committee, contributing to the creation of a safe Korean society, and as vice chairman of the World Korean International Trade Association, he won the National Service Medal for his work in co-prosperity of local Korean businessmen and Korean businessmen and producing next-generation traders.
